How is my pet kept safe during transport?
Your pet is secured in custom-fitted, MPI-compliant compartments within a climate-controlled vehicle. Our drivers are Pet First Aid trained to handle any situation with care.
Can you transport more than one pet at a time?
Yes, we can transport multiple pets from the same household at once. We ensure each pet has their own secure space or shared area based on your preference.
Do I need to be home for pick-up and drop-off?
No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have secure access. We can manage key handovers via lockboxes to settle your pet safely back inside.

How do I book a ride?

How does zone-based pricing work?
We use a clear, zone-based pricing structure to keep things simple and fair. This ensures your fare is based on the specific travel distance between Wellington suburbs, and you'll always know the cost before we start the journey.

How do I pay for my pet’s trip?
Payments are handled securely online during the booking process or via mobile EFTPOS on the day. We accept all major credit cards and local debit cards to ensure a seamless experience for you and your pet.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled trip are completely free of charge. For changes or cancellations within 24 hours, a small fee may apply to cover our vehicle logistics and scheduling.
